And according to the Ukrainian criteria which I am looking at now Bidzina Ivanishvili is under only one criteria and 3 out of 4 must be met for any person to be included in the list of an oligarch. I speak directly for Ambassador and people - nobody's name and surname will be written inside, we will be guided by the Ukrainian principle and whoever gets on the list, will be on the list".
