The so-called president of Abkhazia Aslan Bzhania calls on businessmen of occupied Abkhazia to finance the army.
According to the Russian-language bureau of Radio Liberty, the meeting included a report of Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Pustovalov and discussion of improvement of mobilization readiness. They also discussed the issue of equipping the "Abkhazian army" with modern equipment.
For information, a few days ago, so-called foreign minister Inal Ardzinba said that the risk of attack on Abkhazia from Georgia remained. After that, a meeting of the Security Council was held in the occupied region.
In addition, it is reported that there is panic among the population of the occupied region that they will be taken into the Russian army and sent to the front lines in Ukraine, as most of the population of Abkhazia have Russian passports.
