Black money in the millions for the "Georgian dream," to seize power - if the so-called "criminal authorities" exceeded the plan, they would also get bonuses. The task included - intimidation, bribery, pressure, the kidnapping of voters - the story is told by the executor of the "dream" election fraud scheme.
The whistleblower says that the black money for the election was payed to the so-called "criminal authorities" of the districts. Voters' personal information - with photos and addresses - was transmitted there, and party assignments were also received there.
"The Dream" was exposed by their own member. It is Lasha Labadze - the main task performer of the ruling party in the Isani-Samgori district who won parliamentary and local elections for Ivanishvili's team in the village of Metromsheni, a.k.a. He established relations with the criminal bosses and helped mobilize votes of the electorate.
"Georgian Dream" buys elections with black money. In conspiratorial meetings in administrative buildings of different districts it was decided, which influential person would get how many thousands.
So it turns out, the whole dream system was involved in election rigging - they gave money to a person having influence in districts, they asked him to mobilize certain number of voters, if he did a good job they give him big bonuses. It turns out that in each district, this scheme costs more than 1 million GEL.
Dream falsifiers know very well that all the black money belongs to Irakli Kobakhidze, no one will decide anything without him. During the elections the whole mass of black money is kept in the central office of "Dream".
It turns out that the "Dream" knew very well that it would lose to the opposition in the elections of 2020 and 2021, some of them prepared escape tickets, but the "Dream" arranged everything as planned.
The whistleblower decided to reveal this days before he left Georgia. He says he was forced to flee the country because if he had stayed here, the "Dream" would have continued to hold him as a political hostage. Labadze decided to expose the system because of the injustice he was involved in
In his own words, Lasha Labadze was interrogated a month ago, he was shot 8 times, severely beaten with baseball bats and fled the scene.
Instead of arresting the perpetrators, the system decided to arrest Labadze, who escaped death.
Recently it became known that the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained four people for the attack on Labadze. Three of them - Giorgi Shavshishvili, Zaza Abesadze and Giorgi Kupatadze - are accused of organizing group violence, and one - named Aioiani - is arrested for not reporting the crime.
