Saakashvili's matter had a toxic effect on the PACE resolution - Talakvadze

"Georgia and the Georgian government team voted for a resolution in support of Ukraine at a political committee meeting. What happened next was devastating, and it was done by the National Movement and several MPs affiliated with Saakashvili, they initiated a change related to Saakashvili in this resolution, which only 55 of 600 deputies supported and I am sure that many Ukrainian MPs were disappointed with the changes.
