Answering the journalists' question whether he considers Putin's regime terrorist, Irakli Kobakhidze answers that he has no right to express his position on such an important topic.

"The international community has not formed its own firm position on these topics, let us wait for developments and accordingly share our position with you. It's simple. I do not even have the right to state my own position on such an important topic," says the Georgian Dream chairman.
