In addition to Ivanishvili's entourage, Ukraine placed three more Georgian businessmen under sanctions

In addition to the entourage and family members of Bidzina Ivanishvili, the founder of the Georgian Dream, Ukraine has imposed sanctions on three more Georgians. Ukraine's President Vladimir Zelensky's order was published today.

The sanctions apply to businessmen:

David Iakobashvili;
Alexander Japaridze;
Georgy Dzhaparidze.

David Iakobashvili owns the Gulf gas station chain and other businesses.

For information, he also had business relations with former Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili. In March 2012, Ivanishvili's agro-industrial company Stoilenskaya Niva acquired several bakeries from Iakobashvili's holding company ZAO Rusagroproekt (Russian Agrarian Project).

Alexander Japaridze is the founder of Eurasia Drilling Company, an oil company operating in Russia, Iran and other countries.
