"This decision is not very surprising on the part of the agency, whose head recently came out and said that Georgia should open a second front, women and children should be killed, this decision is surprising and this is all understandable. The authors of this decision are the people who demanded the opening of a second front in Georgia. Since they did not reach their goal with these demands, it now seems that they have come up with a different strategy. It is not good to take these kinds of decisions. What to expect after this? - Perhaps they will go down the road of, for example, starting to recognize Abkhazia, or, I don't know, make some other strange decision. I do not know whether a state at war can afford and dare to make decisions based on such absurd justifications, but I do not think that a normal and self-respecting state can make such a decision.
