According to the executive director of the anti-corruption movement, David Iakobashvili and Ucha Mamatsashvili use Georgian territory for the transit of sanctioned goods, and there is plenty of evidence of this.
As for the sanctions imposed by Ukraine against Ivanishvili's entourage, the organization says that the evidence presented, which has already been shared by the Ukrainian authorities, is a prerequisite that sanctions are also expected from the West.
"With the help of these people, Georgia's transport corridor has become a black hole and a key market for Russian products under sanctions. We received a publicly available document confirming that the products of the state company Rosneft, which is under sanctions is coming into Georgia, and Mr. David Iakobashvili, who is the owner of Petrokas, which today is already under Ukrainian sanctions, among them members of the family of Bidzina Ivanishvili," says Lasha Farulava.
