Justice Minister Rati Bregadze says there are speculations about the state of health of Georgia's third president. According to him, no one has seen the "empathy" conclusion yet and he cannot give any preliminary assessments about it.
Bregadze says Mikheil Saakashvili has all the conditions to protect his health.
"All speculations about the state of his health are, to put it mildly, unethical. So I can't answer you any more about this, I can't start a preliminary assessment. As you already know that finding simply does not exist in nature, and then when that finding is there, I have said many times, and I will say it again now, the parties can go to court to determine whether a person's medical condition is really so severe as to be incompatible with the purposes of punishment.
One thing I can say regarding this issue is that this person has all the conditions created by the state in order for his health to be protected and his respective right to be protected and he is in an appropriate clinic," said Rati Bregadze.
