A meeting of the defense and security committee ended in parliament. The meeting discussed the national security doctrine, the heads of the intelligence service and the presence of the special state protection service, but no one answered questions from the media.
Journalists had questions about dangers from Russia. After the meeting, the chairman of the parliamentary defense and security committee commented to the media.
Irakli Beraia claims that the arrival of citizens from Russia is controlled by the relevant services.
"There is no uncontrolled influx. If you look at the preliminary statistics and the current statistics, we have no increase, on the contrary, it is decreasing, and we are dealing with the usual mobility of citizens.
As for the process of entry of foreign citizens into Georgia, everything is controlled. The relevant Georgian agencies are in full control of the situation, who could be a danger for our country, of course, they cannot enter our country ", - said Irakli Beraia.
