Chairman of the Georgian Dream faction Mamuka Mdinaradze says that the government has to work on 12 recommendations of the European Union amid sabotage.
"Yesterday they were in such agony that they showed the population on live television how they are at war with their country. Yesterday they actually showed us on the air what their tactics are to hinder Georgia's progress, first by presenting their country in the most negative light, second by attacking all Europeans who would say something positive about Georgia, and third by activating their foreign enablers to change the negative agenda after they have voiced positive messages about Georgia.
This is exactly the way they and their allied NGO's acted back in spring when the issue of their candidate status was being decided. If anyone at home and abroad still had doubts, yesterday's confession of the fight against Georgia, which we saw on live TV, confirmed why they have not joined the working groups and why they do not support the bills, why they are trying to derail the process of electing an ombudsman. The government actually has to work on 12 recommendations amid sabotage," said Mdinaradze.
