Parliamentary Secretary of the President of Georgia, Giorgi Mskhiladze, says regarding the third president, that doctors and the court should make a decision on the postponement of his sentence.
According to his own statement, the state is obliged to provide all prisoners with appropriate assistance and treatment.
"The president, I told you once again that she made a statement that the appropriate decision should be made by the doctors and the court. So I can't say anything more. The first thing that needs to be done is to overcome the polarization, so the president, I'm sure, is taking all steps to ensure that this Polarization should somehow end in our country or at least be reduced.
For every prisoner who is serving his sentence, the state is obliged to provide him with appropriate help and treatment, I can't say anything more than that," Mskhiladze said.
