There is no basis for such a reminder - Kobakhidze on Statedep's statement

Chairman of "Georgian Dream" Kobakhidze says in response to the US State Department that the state is aware of its responsibility and "there is no reason for such reminders":

"The state is very well aware of its responsibility, in contrast to the period before 2012, the prison has the conditions it should have, the hospitals have the conditions it should have for the prisoners, and human rights are protected. The most important thing is that this is our responsibility and our government differs from the previous government, especially in the prison. 

The state is not only aware of its responsibility, but also acts in accordance with this responsibility. Therefore, there is no basis for such a reminder..." Kobakhidze states.
