Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyer filed a lawsuit against Rati Bregadze's office and the Penitentiary Service to the Special Investigation Service. The lawyer requests the initiation of an investigation into the fact of publicizing the footage taken at the Viva Med clinic.

He also requests that the powers of the Minister of Justice Bregadze and the head of the Penitentiary Service, as well as the chairman of the medical department of the same service be suspended during the investigation, because, according to the lawyer, there is a suspicion that they participated in the organization of Mikheil Saakashvili's poisoning. Another question, to which Shalva Khachapuridze demands an answer, concerns the remote involvement in the process of the third president.
