The lawyer of the third president, Shalva Khachapuridze, says that the public saw the result of Mikheil Saakashvili's one-year treatment yesterday. According to him, it seems that the penitentiery is trying to prolong the court proceedings.

"We know what he looked like on the day of his arrest, and we saw how he looks today, that is, we saw the result of a year's treatment in person, which as far as I know, any objective person would evaluate as a disaster. The main concern now is to mark these processes as soon as possible, since Saakashvili's health condition is not good, and the other side, as we see, their main strategy is to somehow prolong these processes", said Shalva Khachapuridze.
