Mikheil Saakashvili's human rights defender, Shalva Khachapuridze, after leaving the "Viva Medi" clinic, said that the third president is satisfied with the last trial, but he is unhappy that the next session was scheduled for December 29 and the proceedings are being delayed.
Speaking to the media, Shalva Khachapuridze said that he is applying to the City Hall today with a request to speed up the court proceedings.
"He is satisfied with yesterday's process. I couldn't continue to participate because I felt so bad, he said. He is unhappy with the fact that the process was postponed on the 29th and said that his health cannot take it any longer and maybe we should take some measures. I am now going to the city court and will file a statement, where I would like to point out that his health condition is extremely serious and the court process should be speeded up", says Shalva Khachapuridze.
