Mikheil Saakashvili is in special conditions - Papuashvili

Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili says the third president is in special conditions and is serving most of his sentence in hospital. According to Papuashvili, the state is responsible for all prisoners and provides them with all necessary services.

"We have all seen that the conditions in which Mikheil Saakashvili is being held are special conditions, he has served most of his term this year not in a colony, a prison, but in a hospital. We have seen that the conditions there are right too, maybe better than others." Papuashvili said.
