Today, another trial will be held in the city court on the case of postponement of the sentence or exemption from serving the sentence for the third president, Mikheil Saakashvili. Experts will be interviewed about the process this time as well.

The defense side will file a motion regarding the speedy conduct of the proceedings.

"We will submit a petition to the court to conduct the proceedings as quickly as possible. As for Saakashvili, he will not be able to participate in the proceedings due to his deteriorating health. He has the desire to do so, but he will not be able to physically," said Shalva Khachapuridze.
