Lawyer Shalva Khachapuridze is also present at the clinic, who says that Mikheil Saakashvili wants to physically attend the proceedings.

According to the lawyer, today he will demand the last records of the medical history.

"He wants to physically attend the court proceedings, we will go through these issues, besides, I will say what I think, how I think about the issues of order of witnesses. There are important witnesses, key experts who say that Saakashvili is seriously ill and his serious illness prevents the execution of the punishment. [...] In recent days, his health condition has become extremely serious, and now I will request the last records of his medical history and agree with Mr. Mikheil Saakashvili that the proceedings will be conducted daily, including even until 12 o'clock at night," said Khachapuridze.
