CEOl of "Viva Med", Nino Nadiradze, says that they will not recommend that the third president of Georgia physically attend the next court session. Nadiradze says that similar recommendation was not given even when Mikheil Saakashvili's condition was much better.

According to her, Mikheil Saakashvili constantly needs to be monitored by doctors, and if he leaves the ward, the situation is expected to get complicated at any time.

"In case of any complications, we will be the ones to blame in the future, I will not look for the culprit, we always act in the interests of the patient's health, and in no case, no patient, be it ex-president or an ordinary citizen, like me, like you, will be allowed to do such a stupid thing. He has the right, but we cannot give a recommendation with our own hands, he was much better and even then we did not give a recommendation.

The only time we allowed him to participate was to enter the court, we were asked if he could speak and said yes. Look at what happened to him, after what we saw in the situation he fell into during the trial, we don't even consider taking on such a heavy responsibility." - said Nino Nadiradze.
