Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyer, Shalva Khachapuridze, requests that judge Giorgi Arevadze schedule daily court sessions on the motion to postpone or cancel the sentence of the third president. Shalva Khachapuridze says that due to the serious health condition of the third president, it is necessary to make a decision on time:
