I'm glad we got back to our usual way of life so soon - after a few months of pause Ivanishvili showed up

Chairman of "Georgian Dream" Bidzina Ivanishvili has made his first appearance after several months of pause. Ivanishvili participated in the presentation of the party's majoritarian candidates  in Kojori. He started his speech with expression of gratitude:

I am glad that we have returned to our normal way of life so soon, so I want to start with expressing the gratitude  to our epidemiologists and doctors,  to the Georgian Dream team, which worked tirelessly and saved the country from great hardship, special thanks to our people who demonstrated high social culture, trusted the government and united around it, - Bidzina Ivanishvili said.

According to Ivanishvili, the team in power is still able to take on the responsibility of running the country. He devoted the first part of his speech to dealing with the coronavirus, pandemic problems and new challenges.
According to Ivanishvili, during the crisis people saw that they have a "caring and efficient" government. Ivanisvhili also criticized the previous government and discussed the future plans of Georgian Dream.

In the past, we had a government foolish and inept enough to fail to avert an easily avertable crisis from befalling the country, even leaving the citizens to their fate, let alone protecting them from danger. We remember how some fled the battlefield and even the country altogether. It is one scar that our citizens have yet to heal, Bidzina Iavnishvili said.
