Mikheil Saakashvili will not attend today's trial. Judge Giorgi Arevadze announced this in a letter sent from Viva Medi Clinic at the beginning of the session. Mikheil Saakashvili's letter with his own signature is attached to the letter from the clinic - "I am ready to attend, I am not satisfied with the quality of inclusion".

According to the judge, the attending physician did not recommend transportation, based on Mikheil Saakashvili's health condition.

The trial of Mikheil Saakashvili's sentence postponement or release from sentence was scheduled for 11 o'clock, but it started 1 hour late.

The main motion of the lawyers today is to determine the regulations for questioning witnesses. According to Shalva Khachapuridze, one hour should be devoted to the questioning of each witness.
