According to Davit Katsarava, the leader of the anti-occupation movement, on Friday, January 13, the Russian occupiers opened fire on the EU monitoring mission that arrived in the village of Mejvriskhevi.

Katsarava explains that there is no video evidence of the incident, although eyewitnesses confirm it.

Katsarava hopes that the Georgian side will put this issue on the agenda at today's meeting in Ergneti.
