Mikheil Saakashvili's case in Strasbourg - the family may appeal to the European Court

Mikheil Saakashvili's family makes a statement about sending the third president's case to Strasbourg. And according to Giuli Alasania, the protracted court process, on which the life and health of the third president depends, pushes them to do so.

Giuli Alasania recently left Viva Med Clinic. According to him, Mikheil Saakashvili demands an investigation into the "People's Power" statement, where the reactionary wing of the Georgian Dream talked about the elimination of the third president.

The next trial in Mikheil Saakashvili's case, where his release or postponement of the sentence should be discussed, is scheduled for January 20.
