According to Shalva Khachapuridze, the penitentiary service does not show Mikheil Saakashvili's footage to the defense. As the lawyer says, by doing this, the agency opposes the judge's decision and prevents the defense from obtaining the necessary evidence.

 "Two or three days ago, we received a letter that the devices that we presented to the penitentiary service for the footage do not fit their system. It was not specified specifically what system and model devices they need. Now I have come to clarify all this, because in addition to the fact that the Penitentiary Service does not comply with the judge's decision, the defense is prevented from obtaining evidence, which is very important for us", said Shalva Khachapuridze.
