There is an interest section in the Swiss embassy, it is not a diplomatic mission, and the Russian diplomats working there are not status holders with whom you can have a political or diplomatic demarche on political issues. Therefore, do not mislead the public with propaganda slogans. How can you raise an official to the political level? This is not happening and you invented a new theory! To do this means to give political and diplomatic rank to the interests section at the Swiss Embassy, don't pour water on Russian interests!
