 We received a conclusion from the National Bureau of Levan Samkharauli on January 26, 2023, which includes three main directions. These are psychiatric, gastroenterological and neurological diagnoses, and it must be boldly said that according to the conclusion of the National Bureau of Expertise of Levan Samkharauli, the diagnoses made by the "Empathy" center, such as psychiatric, gastroenterological and neurological diagnoses, are not reliable and infallible. This conclusion will be submitted to the court in the appropriate manner and, naturally, further discussion regarding the postponement of the sentence and exemption from its further serving will continue in the court, - says Bregadze.
