Mikheil Saakashvili attends the trial remotely. He told the judge that his condition is serious and requires adequate treatment:

"I gave Georgia my knowledge... Now I gave my health and the only thing I ask for is adequate treatment. If necessary, I will give my life. My condition has deteriorated dramatically." Mikheil Saakashvili said while switching on remotely.
