The Tbilisi City Court is conducting another process on the case of postponement of the serving of the sentence or exemption from the sentence for the third president.

Mikheil Saakashvili cannot attend today's session due to his health.

"A protocol has been presented, according to which he refused to participate remotely due to his health condition and agrees to conduct the process without his presence," Judge Giorgi Arevadze read the protocol presented at the session.

At today's trial, the director of "Viva Med", Nino Nadiradze, will be questioned.
