"Dream" adopts the Russian draft law in the first reading

The parliamentary majority supported the Russian bill in the first reading.

76 - in favor - 13 against.

"Georgian Dream" passed the draft law during the session in an accelerated manner. Despite the fact that Thursday, March 9, was set as the date for the Bureau's session, after the protest at the legislative body broke up, Mamuka Mdinaradze suggested to the Parliament to start the discussion today.

At the same time, civil activists and those citizens who believe that the European future of Georgia is under threat with the Russian draft law have again announced mobilization and started gathering.

Discussion of the draft law was also taking place in the session hall against the background of noise and opposition.
