According to him, these conclusions were prepared by so-called elite non-governmental organizations.

The facts you mentioned are not true and are only speculations, conclusions and reports based on false information fabricated by individuals, so to speak, politically engaged, biased people. This is not of interest to us. I want to tell you the main thing, 10 years ago and even earlier, when there was systematic corruption, systematic crime in the country, people were tortured, murdered, raped, businesses seized, media freedom did not exist at all, there were no free TV channels, I do not remember the facts that are mentioned in the report of the State Department that It's a worrying," Garibashvili said.

According to him, the State Department relies on reports that are not based on facts, but on fabricated, false information.
