Wherever we come across non-objective criticism , we will have our response - Kobakhidze on the State Department report

Published:

Chairman of "Georgian Dream", Irakli Kobakhidze, says that the criticism in the report of the US State Department is not objective. Kobakhidze said that he could not read the report in detail, however he criticized it regarding politically motivated cases, including the cases of Nika Gvaramia and Mikheil Saakashvili.

"We have repeatedly talked about the fact that specific organizations are agents of foreign influence, therefore, we are dealing with one entity here, what is written in the report of the State Department and what NGOs say are practically the same, therefore, it is impossible to separate these two statements. [...] We must distinguish criticism based on objective arguments from non-objective criticism. Where there is objective criticism, of course, we will share it, where we come across such non-objective criticism , we will have our answer. [...] When we say that we will carefully study this report, it means first of all that it has value, , the other thing is that it is valuable for us, of course, if it is an objective criticism, if the criticism is non-objective, in this case we will have an appropriate response to all of this", said Kobakhidze.
