The only difference between Breivik and Saakashvili is that Breivik killed only 77 people - Kobakhidze

Following Garibashvili, Irakli Kobakhidze compared Mikheil Saakashvili to Andres Breivik and called the Norwegian award cynical:

"It's a cynicism when no matter who gives this award, whether it is related to EPP or someone else, when they give human rights award to Mikheil Saakashvili in Norway it's just a cynicism. As for the comparison with Breivik, I will say one thing. There is only one fundamental difference between Breivik and Saakashvili. Breivik sacrificed only 77 lives". - Kobakhidze says.
