We need to remove the note on de-oligarchization from the 12-point plan - Kobakhidze on the EU delegation

Chairman of "Georgian Dream", Irakli Kobakhidze, responds to the statement of the EU delegation regarding the law on de-oligarchization and says that it is necessary to remove the record on the mentioned problem from the 12-point recommendations.

"We will take it in the third reading, this statement is not enough, we need to remove the entry on de-oligarchization from the 12-point plan, because the entry on de-oligarchization means settling this issue with a personalized approach. Therefore, we will wait for December, when the European Council will once again review these 12 points, evaluate the implementation of the 12 points, and when they say that this issue is settled even without this law, in this case the law will be canceled," says Kobaidze.

According to him, all this is necessary so that the European Commission no longer supports a personalized approach.
