Kobakhidze considers the apology of the third president of Georgia to be an election strategy and says that Saakashvili should be held responsible for the charges.
Mikheil Saakashvili has to fulfill his promise, we have to bring him back to Georgia so he can be held accountable before the law, Kobakhidze said.
