Tsulukiani claims that  opposition will try to spread false information about the elections

Thea Tsulukiani, one of the leaders of the Georgian Dream and former Minister of Justice, claims that the opposition parties have an electoral scheme that will spread false information in the run-up to the elections to question the credibility of the elections.

She spoke about it at a special briefing and noted that the Georgian Dream monitoring group has deciphered it based on open sources.

"Under this scheme, the opposition spectrum and their most radical representatives will try to create false information. They will create false information on election day and the following days, as if there were violations at the elections and various institutions failed to hold elections. And based on this false information, they will have to take certain actions," said Thea Tsulukiani.

According to Tsulukiani, ODIHR/OSCE has published an interim report, which states that a significant number of observer organizations in Georgia are affiliated with political parties.

"Out of 129 observer organizations, 32 are either directly linked to opposition parties or are somehow connected to them. The National Movement has 20  of the so-called observer organizations.  Eight of the so-called observer organizations belong to the  European Georgia. "There are also two such organizations affiliated with other two subdivisions of the National Movement. This is Strategy Builder and there are two non-governmental organizations affiliated with the Alliance of Patriots," Tsulukiani said.

According to Tsulukiani, the opposition is aware that  it will lose the elections. She also claims GD will get around 60%.
