If no one enters, "Girchi" will not enter either - Zurab Japariadze on parliamentary mandates

Published:

Zurab Girchi Japaridze, leader of the Girchi party, says that Girchi will not enter the new parliament unless other opposition parties receive seats.

"Girchi will be part of this agreement. If no one enters, Girchi will not enter either. I see pros and cons there, both. For example, if you enter, you have a parliamentary tribune.

In my opinion, the crisis is inevitable now, it will go deeper, and you can shake the power well from the parliamentary tribune and demand  extraordinary elections  from there, and not from the street, for example, it is a plus. But it also has a downside. The disadvantage is that if you are look  at the list of other parties that might enter, there are very few politicians, even fewer strong politicians, so I do not know how much these people will succeed,"- said Zurab Japaridze.

It should be noted that  "European Georgia" refused to participate in the second round as well. It's also known that except for "European Georgia," the results of the Central Election Commission are not recognized by  the United National Movement and the Labour Party either. The Alliance of Patriots also refused to take part in the second round.
