"Lelo", "European Georgia" and "Labor Party" are protesting the election results at the moment. Opposition leaders and their supporters marched through Tsotne Dadiani Avenue to the Ghrmagheli metro station.
The "National Movement" has also joined the procession.
Opposition activists distributed leaflets saying - Elections are rigged - and called on citizens to go to a rally in front of parliament at 3 a.m. Sunday to protest the election.
"If we tolerate this now, we will lose the future; we will become a country where there is no democracy, where elections do not make sense. Whoever does not want Georgia to be Putin's Russia, please everyone on Sunday let's show Bidzina Ivanishvili that he and his clowns and slaves will not get away with vote theft. We will do our best not to recognize the authority of this parliament," said Irma Nadirashvili, leader of European Georgia.
Representatives of the "Labor Party" are also at the rally and say that these elections will be annulled and re-elections will be called.
"Our oligarch should not be forgiven for violating our dignity. He has deprived the Georgian people of their fundamental constitutional right to be the source of power. We will annul these elections and re-elections will be held so that the Georgian people can make free choices," said Giorgi Gugava, leader of the Labor Party.
The majoritarian candidate of "Lelo",Nika Cherkezishvili, says that the elections were rigged in Nadzaladevi district as well, where more than 7000 ballot papers were annulled. That is why today's rally is being held in Nadzaladevi.
Protesters demand a change in the election administration and say that until the will of the Georgian people is fulfilled, the rallies will become permanent.
The rally is underway in Gldani at the moment.Recall that at three o'clock on Sunday the opposition will hold a main rally to protest the rigged election.
