According to the Speaker of the Parliament, Archil Talakvadze, neither Saakashvili, nor Melia, nor other hot-headed leaders will be able to make a decision bypassing the ballot box. According to him, the "National Movement" is the only one that has never won democratic elections in Georgia.

I underline that this is a political party that once came to power in conditions of destabilization, then falsified one election and remained in power through terror, human rights violations and control of media until they were ousted out by the "Georgian Dream" headed by Bidzina Ivanishvili. However, I would like to say once again that up to 2 million of our fellow citizens have declared to all political parties, including this destructive force, that we want to make a decision in this country only through the ballot box. Neither Saakashvili nor Melia, , nor any other hot leader will make any decision in this country bypassing the ballot box," Archil Talakvadze said.

Talakvadze also noted that the ruling team has nothing to concede and it does not set any preconditions because the elections were democratic.
