According to the decision of the Interagency Coordination Council, starting from November 28, the restriction on movement will continue throughout Georgia and the time will be extended by 1 hour.
In particular, from November 28 to January 31, the movement of persons throughout the country, from 21:00 to 05:00, both on foot and by vehicle, as well as in public space is prohibited.
The exceptions will be New Year's Eve - December 31 and Christmas Eve - January 6.
New restrictions will take effect in the country from November 28:
- Restaurants and other food facilities will switch to delivery service;
- Municipal and intercity transport work will resume on January 16;
- Ski slopes and ski lifts in winter resorts will stop working.
Alongside with the restrictions, the government has announced a plan to provide social assistance.
