The CEC has summarized and legalized the final results of the October 31, 2020 elections.

According to the summary protocol of Tamar Zhvania's office, a total of 3,511,853 voters participated in the elections, out of which 1,992,891 voters participated in the proportional system elections, and 9 electoral subjects crossed the threshold.

According to the CEC, the Georgian Dream won the largest number of seats in the proportional elections, with 60 seats, followed by the UNM with 36 seats and European Georgia with 5 seats:

"Bakradze, Ugulava, Bokeria - European Georgia - Movement for Freedom" 72 986 votes - 3.79% - 5 seats;
Bloc "United National Movement-United Opposition" Power is in Unity "- 523 127 votes 27.18% - 36 seats;
"Davit Tarkhan-Mouravi, Irma Inashvili - Alliance of Patriots of Georgia" - 60,480 votes. 3.14% - 4 seats;
Shalva Natelashvili - Georgian Labor Party - 19,314 votes, 1.00% - 1 seat;
"Aleko Elisashvili-Citizens" - 25,508 votes, 1.33% - 2 seats;
Bloc "Giorgi Vashadze - Strategy Builder" - 60,671 votes, 3.15% - 4 seats;
"Girchi" - 55,598 votes, 2.89% - 4 seats;
Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia - 928 004 votes, 48.22% - 60 seats;
"Lelo - Mamuka Khazaradze" - 60,712 votes, 3.15% - 4 seats;

As for the majoritarian elections, according to Zhvania's CEC, the Georgian Dream candidates are the winners in all 30 majoritarian constituencies since the opposition has refused its mandates.
