We defeated Nika Gvaramia under my leadership, he can't reconcile with that - Tsulukiani on Rustavi 2

Former Justice Minister Thea Tsulukiani once again answers a question about the Rustavi 2 case after a direct confession and says that the Justice Ministry under her leadership defeated Nika Gvaramia in Strasbourg. She said that at this time, the General Manager of Main Channel could not "reconcile" with this failure.

"Nika Gvaramia and the Karamanashvili brothers were one   side and the Ministry of Justice was  the other side of the dispute in the European Court. Hence, the Ministry of Justice, under my leadership, defeated Nika Gvaramia in the European Court, and as a result of this successful dispute, he was expelled from Rustavi 2. This is very painful for Nika Gvaramia, who cannot forget this failure, but this failure happened. I very well understand Mr. Dvali and Mr. Akimidze's heartache but the dispute we had in Strasbourg was related only to an internal dispute between Nika Gvaramia and Kibar Khalvashi, which as soon as it passed outside Georgia turned into a state dispute", - said Tea Tsulukiani, , Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture of the Parliament.

Recall that the Georgian Dream MP and former Minister of Justice told TV hosts on Rustavi 2 yesterday, December 16, that Georgian television had returned to them as a result of  the "titanic work" of the Ministry of Justice. To the remark of the anchorwoman, "Mrs. Tea," Rustavi 2 was "returned by the European Court," Tsulukiani replied that they had worked very hard for this and "the lawhas not been restored just by itself ."

Founders of the TV channel Djardji Akimidze and David Dvali have also responded to this statement. They say that "Rustavi 2" was handed over not to the founders, but to Kibar Khalvashi, with whom the original founders have a legal dispute, which has not been considered in the city court so far.
