The only parliamentary faction, the Dream, listened to Prime Minister-designate Gakharia

Today, the only faction of the single-party parliament "Georgian Dream" listened to the candidate for Prime Minister, Giorgi Gakharia.

For the first time in the history of independent Georgia, the opposition does not participate in the discussion of the government program, therefore Giorgi Gakharia did not have to listen to the questions of his opponents, Gakharia said at the hearing that he did not understand why the opposition was not presented in the parliament.

"For the first time in the history of Georgia, 9 political unions   have won and received about 60 opposition mandates. I just do not understand what could be the reason, why the Georgian political spectrum does not use this achievement of democratization. We are forcing them to be represented in the Parliament of Georgia and to fulfill the mandate imposed by the citizens of Georgia, it is a matter of their political choice. " - Gakharia, the candidate for the post of Prime Minister, said.

Apart from Giorgi Gakharia, other members of the government were also heard in the single -party parliament today.

Gakharia presented a government program called "Building a European State" together with the full composition of the Cabinet of Ministers.

 The"Dream" will officially form the Cabinet of Ministers in two days.

It will be quite difficult to work without the opposition - Giorgi Gakharia addressed the single -party parliament.
