"The Caucasian platform is a trap!" - Rally near the Presidential Palace

Civil activists are holding a rally in front of the Presidential Palace and have greeted Salome Zurabishvili with trumpets and banners.
The rally participants are protesting against the anti-state statement of the President and are demanding the explanation for her position and initiative regarding the creation of a Caucasian platform.
"In the idea, this is a continuation of the policy called Russian policy and the Russification of Georgia. This was deliberate because this so-called union called united Caucasian idea includes Russia and Iran, that is the occupier of our country and the enemy of Western values, and to enter into any connection with them is a direct suicide for us in the eyes of the international community,"-said activist Giorgi Mumladze.
The President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, is ready to join the new initiative of the President of Turkey on the Caucasus Platform without any preliminary analysis.
This platform implies a new geopolitical redistribution with the participation of Turkey, Iran, Russia, and the Caucasus countries, and all this without the involvement of the West and our other international partners.
