It will cost Mtavari Channel hard - another threat from Kobakhidze

Irakli Kobakhidze,  the dismissed chairman of the parliament, after the regulatory commission is now  threatening to file a lawsuit in the court  against the "Mtavari Channel".

The law requires any broadcaster to allocate free airtime to political parties. This broadcaster did not allocate this airtime and we considered it necessary to file this complaint with the regulator and we do not rule out filing a lawsuit in court as well. This violation will cost the "Mtavari Channel"very hard - says Kobakhidze.

Let us remind you that Kobakhidze and "Dream" sued the "Mtavari Channel" in Kakha Bekauri's Communications Commission for exercising its constitutional right to protest.
