Statement by the General Director of the Mtavari Channel

We would like to respond to the statement of the government representatives regarding the publication of Archil Talakvadze's phone number by the "Mtavari Channel".

We have never announced the personal mobile number of the Chairman of the Parliament, Archil Talakvadze, on the "Mtavari Channel". The accusations made by the authorities today are lies and serve to justify and cover up the violation of the law by Thea Tsulukiani yesterday, February 2.

We call on the government and members of parliament to stop spreading false information about the "Mtavari Channel" aimed to protect Thea Tsulukiani.
