The hearing of Nika Gvaramia's case begins today, February 11, at the Tbilisi City Court. The prosecutor's office will summon two witnesses in the Rustavi 2 case, and they will be questioned in the courtroom after a year-long break. According to lawyer Dmitry Sadzaglishvili, "it seems that the political agenda has changed and the court has resumed consideration of the case."
"The prosecution will present two witnesses and they will be questioned. Basically, this is the first trial where the evidence is examined since the case was suspended. Today, the hearing of the case on the merits is already underway ," - said Nika Gvaramia's lawyer Dmitry Sadzaglishvili.
