Georgian Dream nominates Irakli Gharibashvili for the post of Prime Minister

Georgian Dream has nominated Irakli Gharibashvili as a candidate for the post of Prime Minister.
The party has taken the decision recently after a meeting of the political council. The general position was voiced by the party chairman Irakli Kobakhidze.
"During his tenure as Prime Minister and Minister, important reforms were carried out. He is a professional with outstanding experience who can successfully lead the work of the government and facilitate overcoming the challenges facing our country," said Irakli Kobakhidze.
Irakli Gharibashvili is the founder of the "Georgian Dream", he has held the post of Minister of Internal Affairs, Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense at various times. In 2013, he replaced Bidzina Ivanishvili as Prime Minister.
