"Nika Melia is an ordinary criminal" - Irakli Gharibashvili

Prime Ministerial candidate Irakli Gharibashvili, while talking about Nika Melia in the parliament, called him a criminal, and the "National Movement" -a safe haven for criminals.

"He [Nika Melia] is an ordinary criminal. This criminal has now been announced as the chairman of the party and we are being told not to touch him for a serious crime - I mean a storm on the parliament. In which country have you seen people involved  in serious crimes given indulgence? When did the political party become a safe haven for such criminals?" said Irakli Gharibashvili.
